Overview
Gute CNC sawing and threading production line is an intelligent processing equipment that integrates automatic sawing, upsetting, threading and polishing of steel bars.And arrange the bar and steel bars with good materials, and realize the automatic upsetting, threading, and grinding process. Rebar sawing—— Rebar upsetting-rebar threading-port grinding can be operated by one person, and one person can be configured to receive the material, which reduces the work intensity of workers and is safer and more secure. Take double-end threading 9 meters long 32 rebar as an example 8 hours in a shift, 1 person can process 1200-1500 thread ends (about 20 tons of steel bar processing capacity), which is an efficient choice for steel bar processing.

Equipment advantages
